According to initial reports, emergency units were dispatched at approximately 5:44 p.m. following calls reporting a vehicle fire on the highway. Dispatchers later received additional information indicating that the incident involved a collision between a vehicle and a motorcycle, with both the motorcycle and its rider reportedly engulfed in flames at the scene. The severity of the situation prompted an immediate and coordinated response from multiple agencies.
